Performed QA on Bosch Heat Pump/Coil install on an existing oil furnace. Homeowner had questions about the scheduling features and the reminders on the thermostat. He said their was an alert the other night for Aux Heat running above 35 Degrees. Found his sleep temp set to 64 and awake temp set to 68. This 4 degrees is over the 2.9 Degrees Auxiliary Heat droop. We went through and adjusted the sleep temperature to 65 degrees to help alleviate the oil furnace from running. Also adjusted the hold setting so it was following the schedule instead of a permanent hold. Tested system in heat pump and turned the Auxiliary Heat on to make sure the oil furnace would run. Tested ez trap safety and filled condensation pump. Completed checklist form in system. No additional follow up needed.
