Service call that the system was not cooling properly. Upon arrival found system running but unit was only cooling with a 10 Degree temperature split. Measured refrigerant charge and found system was low on refrigerant. Added 2 lbs of refrigerant to system, charging by Subcooling. Replaced 16x20x1 Air Filter. Inspected electrical components on system. Inspected indoor Coil and found indoor coil very dirty. After adding refrigerant temperature splits increased to 15-16 degrees. Due to the poor condition of the coil, would recommend removing the coil and cleaning and then retesting refrigerant charge again and adding any additional refrigerant. System is cooling but with the condition of the coil the system is struggling to maintain temperature and may continue to have issues keeping temperature on high heat/humidity days. Due to the coil condition did not add the leak dye into the system at this time. Will provide an estimate to remove and clean coil as well as to replace the indoor c
