Service call that the Heat was not working. Upon arrival found thermostat calling for heat and the Oil Burner out on Lockout. Inspected system and found heat exchanger completely sooted up and blocked. Also found Electrodes very worn and nozzle was dirty. Replaced Oil Filter, Oil Nozzle, Pump Strainer, and installed new Electrode assembly. Set electrodes to proper positioning. While cleaning the initial slot from the heat exchanger found the middle section was completely blocked and was wet. The Heat Exchanger has failed and is leaking. Broke through some of the blockage but the heat exchanger is still partially blocked. Showed homeowner the heat exchanger and explained that this is going to block again and cause more problems with the system not be able to run. Cleaning the boiler is a temporary solution until the boiler can be replaced. Reassembled boiler and put into operation. Performed Multiple combustion and smoke tests to ensure the boiler was running properly. After running for
