Gave Furnace a call for heating. Found inducer motor completely locked up. Also took apart furnace further and found burners in really bad shape. Called distributer for price and availability on parts. Provided estimate for repairs. Also mentioned to homeowner that the system is 18 years old and may not be worth putting the money into the system do to age of the system. Called office to get a replacement quote on a replacement system. Customer is going to replace the system going with the better option.
