No cooling for 3227 (2 Package Gas/AC Rooftop Units): Identified problem rooftop unit as Unit #2 (closer to back of building): A46 Belt ripped in half>no airflow>Unit cutting off on low pressure (error codes 22+24). Filters for both Package Gas/AC units needed to be replaced. Quoted for repairs for Unit #2 and Tune up and belt replacement for unit #1. Replaced all filters (8) 18x24x2 Replaced A36 belt for unit #2 Checked all wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Checked temperature splits. Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics. Need to return to replace A46 Belt for unit #1 as quoted in today’s estimate. (Unit is operation but belt is severely worn). Some dirt on evaporator coils. We will provide quote to clean evaporator coils. Did preliminary visual inspection of heat exchangers and could find no cracks/issues but strongly recommend heat maintenance at the appropriate time.
