Luis was the technician who serviced our Central Air in the spring, and serviced the furnace for the fall as well. Luis was prompt in his appointment window, friendly and answered all of the additional questions I had. Everyone from DiBiase has been very professional. Luis was great with offering little tips on what I can do as general maintenance in order to keep the unit running well into the future.
