Service call that the Second Floor Furnace was not working and water was in the Auxiliary Drain Pan. Upon arrival found system operating and homeowner had removed Wet Switch and dried Auxiliary pan and wet switch. Signs of water were present around the base of the furnace but found no water inside the Furnace Cabinets. Checked Drain Lines of Furnace and put system in operation to monitor. Checked Vent Piping drain fittings to ensure there were no leaks. Found humidifier panel was extremely corroded and aphid growth forming on it. Humidifier was turned on was running. Removed Water Panel and shut down humidifier. Homeowner did not want serviced at this time. Water may have been not flowing through the water panel properly due to being so corroded. Placed Wet Switch back in the pan and homeowner is going to monitor. Found no signs of water leaking from the unit at this time. Replaced 20x25x1 Air Filter provided by the homeowner. System has not had any maintenance performed in several yea
