No heat 3rd floor system. Found nearly Entire length of 3/4â€drain pipe severely clogged. Cleaned pipe by using nitrogen, cutting sections where accessible. This has been a problem for sometime. Water had backed into equipment pan and blower compartment, tripping wet switch. I dried pan and blower compartment. One section behind “mechanical room†where furnace is located was pitched backwards. Corrected piping for proper pitch at this point. Should this problem recur we will have to repipe drain from this system entirely either by adding a condensate pump and finding a spot for it or by rerouting piping elsewhere.
