Brennan G Today I visited for the system not cooling I confirmed the blower motor had failed. The system is under manufacture parts warranty however the OEM motor is on back order. Hiram elected to have a universal motor installed in its place. I preformed the repairs today and the system is now operational. I offered to install surge protectors and preform a maintenance/ system inspection. Hiram, declined at this time. 1 year warranty on todays repair
