Today I arrived on site Thermostat Issue:Addressed a report that the thermostat wasn’t displaying heat mode. Identified that the thermostat wasn’t turning on the HeatPump system. Next Steps:Will verify the system wiring. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the tstat is not displaying heat mode. I checked the tstat settings. I found the tstat set up for AC only. Set up thermostat as a heat pump systems. I found that the system is only operating in AC mode. The O/B of the condenser unit is not energized to start in Heat mode. They previously the last tech(Nigel) replaced a switching relay in the AHU and programmed the tstat AC only. The client had to leave the property and asked me to notify the office to schedule an appointment to return to verify the system to solve the failure. The client mentioned that it would be good for her to schedule the appointment on Wednesday the 15th or Thursday the 16th. Office to contact the client to schedule and conf
