Preform maintenance on (3) carrier ductless heat pumps (2) ducted heat pumps and (4) package carrier RTU: Carrier ductless equipment: - dismantle indoor heads - Chemically sprayed and washed air filter filters, clean and clear - Chemically sprayed, brushed and rinsed, evaporator coils, clean, and clear - Chemically sprayed and polished primary pans, clean and clear - Chemically treated primary pains and added condensate tablets - Perform full condensate pump cleanings on all three indoor heads - Polished and wipe down cabinets and all equipment - Replaced and dated 16 x 20 by one and 14 x 24 by one air filters - Tested remote / thermostats and called for heating- all systems on and running - Check air flow and temperature splits- okay - Check outdoor condensers - Cleaned and checked outdoor electrical wiring- okay - Systems are fully maintained and operational There is only 1- remote to control all three heads and it is broken- recommend new remotes for carrier ductless heat pump
AC System. Today, I arrived on site to perform an A/C system tune-up and cleaning. Here's what I did: Checked the blower motor and thermostat for proper operation-okay. Air filter: replaced. Checked and cleaned the exterior jacket and interior cabinet-okay. Found the blower wheel-okay. Checked the ductwork-okay Washed and cleaned the indoor Evap coil. Checked and cleaned condensate pump and drain line, treating it with anti-algae. Monitored the refrigerant operating pressures-okay. The refrigerant type is 1x) R22. Inspected the safety devices and found them to be operating properly. Inspected the electrical disconnect box for safe installation-okay. Inspected and tightened electrical wiring connections-okay. Tested and inspected the contact, which is not burned Inspected the electrical for exposed wiring-okay Inspected and tested the capacitors-okay. Inspected the fan blade-okay. Cleaned the condenser coil and removed debris. Checked the service valves for proper operation - okay. Mon
