Today I arrived on site: Condenser Fan Motor Replacement: Replaced the condenser fan motor on the sunroom heat pump system. System Verification: Confirmed the heat pump system is now operating properly. Upon arrival at the property. The owner is not on the property. The housing contractor showed me and explained to me what the defective scam was. I proceeded to check the condenser unit. I found in fan motor making noise. I proceeded to disassemble the defective fan motor. I proceeded to clean the work area. I proceeded to disarm the defective fan motor and installed the new fan motor in the unit. I made the connections and adjustments necessary to conclude with the installation of the new condenser fan motor for the HeatPump system of the sunroom.
