Today I arrived on site Aquastat Relay Pump Installation: Installed a new Aquastat relay pump. This pump is for the kitchen area heating system. System Status: Systems operating normally. I returned this time to install a new Aquastat relay pump for the kitchen area. I proceeded to disassemble the defective relay pump. Disconnect the cable from the defective relay. I proceeded to put the Aquastat relay pump in its place. I proceeded to make the connections and adjustments necessary to conclude with the repair. I complete the repair successfully, ran the system And Monitoring for about 15-20 minutes. The system responded correctly. There were no failures or malfunctions during the monitoring. I showed him and gave him the details of the work done. The client thanked and was satisfied with the repairs. The client was left with the DHW and the Heat operating correctly at this time. Today I arrived on site Aquastat Issue:Identified an aquastat malfunction in the kitchen zone. Confirmed the aquastat relay required replacement. Confirmed automatic air vet required replacement. Upon arrival at the property. The client explained to me that the tstat of the kitchen area is not working properly. The client mentioned that the tstat is set up to 72 but the temperature does not rise more than 68F. Confirm that the tstat is set up to 72 and registering an ambient temperature of 67-68. I proceeded to verify the system. I found that the Aqua-stat relay in the kitchen area is not working properly. I showed her and explained to the client that the Aquastat needs to be replaced. The client said that she will contact the office to schedule the appointment to replace the defective Aquastat. Office to follow the client to confirm the repair. Return visit to replace 3 blower capacitors and a flame sensor for the gym main area system. Also the system in the gym main area is not functioning in heat mode. Found the system locked out this was due to the flame sensor being bad. Replace flame sensor and checked all operations. System is fully operational with no further issues. Upon arrival spoke with customer. Customer is explaining that main thermostat was reading ambient temperature of 77 while thermostat sat for 64F degrees. Inspected thermostat, check thermostat programming. Program is set for temperature of 70 throughout the day 62 a night. Customer currently have thermostat holding temperatures of 64F degrees. Inspected boiler and had thermostat call for heat. Boiler is on / running when receiving call from main steam thermostat. Boiler shut down when thermostat stopped calling for heat. Cycle boiler on once more for hot water loop. Boiler ran and reached set temperature before shutting down. Boiler is operating normally @ this time. Explained to customer the possibility of thermostat having an intermittent issue. Customer will monitor thermostat temperatures and follow up with us if thermostat needs to be replaced. I returned to add a steam boiler treatment cleaner. I proceeded to drain the unit multiple times. I added clean water to the system. I proceeded to dilute the chemical to add it to the system. I concluded with the steam boiler cleaner. I showed it to the client and explained to him about the process carried out on this occasion. - Richard assisted the customer with a steam treatment for their boiler, explaining the process and guiding them through the steps. - The customer expressed a desire to learn how to perform the procedure themselves in the future. - Richard provided instructions on how to properly operate the levers and switches involved in the process. - The customer mentioned previous difficulties with the boiler, which Richard addressed by explaining the correct procedure. - Richard planned to add a steam cleaning treatment to the boiler and explained the expected changes in water color during the process. - The customer seemed satisfied with the assistance and the impr
