Upon arrival spoke with customer. 1st floor system is not operating. Customer tried to reset system @ emergency shut-off switch. System still would not run. Check control board to see error code E276 which relates to a soft lock from number of tries exceeding maximum limit. System will also give error code E274 and E228 relating to pressure switch or limit switch. All safety switch was checked @ this time. Continuity test on High limit and resettable limit. Checked pressure. Pressure switch would close to complete sequence of operation where igniter will glow but furnace would not fire. Checked and confirmed that gas valve is getting 24volts. Checked resistance value @ hot surface igniter. Clean flame rod flame sensor. Ran and tested system operation once more. Furnace tries to fire multiple times but would not ignite after glowing of hsf indicating a bad gas valve. Customer is aware that gas valve needs to be replaced but there could also be an issue with pressure switch. Office to fo

Today I arrived on site 1st Floor HeatPump Inspection: Addressed the no heating issue reported for the 1st floor HeatPump system. Fault Identification: Discovered a clogged air filter. System Readings: Noted voltage at 198.8V and pressure at 320-340 psi. The highest pressure. Upon arriving at the property, The client explained to me that the HeatPump of the floor insurance is deficient. Temperatures do not rise to more than 53F on cold days. I proceeded to check the 1st floor system. I checked the system pressures, The pressures are a little out of range. I also checked the voltage of the condenser unit. The voltage is out of normal range for the proper functioning of the unit. The system requires a minimum of 208 volts. The system is currently receiving 198.8 volts which represents a deficiency in the operation of the system. We suggest the customer to check with the electrician to rectify the voltage supplied to the units. I also suggested the client to consider using 8-1
