Great Service

Bryan, 1 of the Senior PM's, worked with me in planning out and completing a full replacement of my central air unit and roof condenser because my old unit just was not heating or cooling my place effectively at all. I called other companies, including Petro, and no one would consider helping me until at least April, but Innovative is available all year-round. They addressed all of my heating and cooling concerns, solved an issue I had with cold spots in my place, and the new unit is much more energy efficient. Bryan followed through with the installation team to make sure everything was completed correctly. Everyone was promptly on time and in 2 days, my new unit was up and running and now my place feels so much better. The installation team was very respectful of my place, putting down cloth to protect my floors and furniture, and even vacuumed upon completion of the job. I highly recommend this company for anyone's heating and/or cooling needs.

Crawl Space and Rim Joist Installation

It was a pleasure dealing with John Sanese during the walk through. He was informative and patient. John also came the day of the job to make sure things were in order. He even revised the pricing upon learning work needed to be done was less than quoted price - True Gentleman. Renee and Jose were prompt and polite and the work area was cleaned thoroughly. When they left, it was if they were never there. Very pleased with the work and professionalism. I will definitely consider Innovative Air for my next insulation project.

Condenser was found with no refrigerant. 0psi at both gauges, showed and explained to customer that system has a significant leak. Presented customer with a few options on locating and identifying a source of leak as well as adding refrigerant back into the system for proper working conditions. System is zoned with branch box installation where it’s possible that there’s multiple leak @ joints connection. Condenser was left off at this time. Follow up is needed.
