Today I arrived on site to address the gas valve issue. Service Actions: Replaced the gas valve on the heating system steam boiler. Ran and tested the system after the gas valve replacement. Current Status: System is operating correctly at this moment. Upon arriving at the property, the client gave me access to where the boiler unit is. I proceeded to verify the unit. Previously one of our diagnostic tech is defective gas valve. I proceeded to disassemble the defective gas valve. I proceeded to install the new gas valve. I proceeded to make the necessary connections and adjustments to conclude the repair. I tore the system. I did the gas leak test. No gas leaks present. I took the CO2 test. No CO2 present on this occasion. I concluded with the repair of the system. I showed the client the result of the installation of the new gas valve. Upon arrival spoke with customer. Customer is explaining he’s hearing noise from air handler. Inspect air handler in the attic. Found that system is leaking air @ the seems @ hydro coil. 16 yr old Hydro unit it poor condition. Customer is speaking with Bryan about system replacement. Conducted recommissioning on interior of air handler. Seal all seams with aluminum tape to prevent air leakage. Clean return grill and replaced restricted filter. No more air leakage. Noise @ system is now when fan is running which is normal. System is back to normal operation. Recommending to customer to have duct cleaning and sanitizing done. checked AO Smith, domestic hot water heater diagnosed water heater is leaking internally water heater Cannot be repaired and will have to be replaced. Please see photos and videos of water heater valves and access from street to existing water heater due to schools being in close proximity homeowner said Install technicians can park in her driveway to get equipment in location, shut water supply valves and discharge valve and also shut gas supply to water heater homeowner said that she has been having issues with her electricity and I recommend to her that we do electrical also can a office personnel please follow up with the homeowner

Upon arrival spoke with customer. Customer is explaining that he had a few people working on the boiler where parts were replaced. Customer was told parts that were replaced I.e Honeywell zone valve and relay should solve his problems. Customer is still having intermittent issues with the boiler where it will randomly fail to operate. Customer will reset boiler and system will begin to work once more. Customer reset boiler prior to arrival where system is operational, unable to diagnose a working system. Informed customer that based on the current condition of the boiler we could start a maintenance/recommissioning process to improve the condition of the boiler. Duct cleaning and sanitizing Performed duct cleaning and sanitizing on 1st floor basement system. Remove and vacuum clean all ceiling registers in basement. Clean floor grilles to remove dust & debris before cleaning w/ duct cleaning machine. Disconnect all flexible duct Clean and polish all grilles. Clean return ductwork, cut access opening to thoroughly clean ducts. Secure with patch plate and sliver tape. Ran system and sanitize. Today I arrived on site: AC System - Starter Cap Replacement:Identified malfunctioning starter cap on the 1st floor foyer AC system. Replaced the 45/10 uf starter cap. Upon arrival at the property. I explained to the client the reason for the visit. The client was waiting for us to make the relationship. I proceeded to verify the condenser unit of the 1sr floor foyer. I proceeded to disassemble the starter cap malfunctioning. I proceeded to install the new starter cap. I concluded with the installation of the new starter cap. I started system and monitoring for a few minutes. I checked the system pressures. Stable pressures on this occasion. 125psi suction pressure. Today I arrived on site to address the issue with the thermostat. Thermostat Issue:Found the thermostat locked in heat mode. Unlocked the thermostat. System Check:Confirmed the heating and AC systems (rooftop units) are now responding correctly to the thermostat. Upon arrival at the property. The client explained to me that someone locked the tstat in heat mode. The customer said that he turned off the power of the unit to prevent the system from continuing to run in heat mode. The client directed me to where the tstat is. I proceeded to verify the tstat. I found the tstat locked and calling poo Heat. I proceeded to unlock the tstat. Successfully unlocked the tstat. I put the tstat in off position. I proceeded to check the rooftop unit on the 2nd floor. I put the power back in on position. Start the tstat from the tstat. The system started normally. The customer mentioned that he just changed the batteries of the tstat. The batteries are new. I monitor the system for a
