The labor market is limited, and skilled technicians that are safe to be in the home are far and few between nowadays. The best deserve to be paid the best. Arrived at location, diagnosed faulty, circuit board located in the air handler with a zone panel that also controls the heat which comes from a hot water boiler with two zones. Also building contractor attempted to install Honeywell 10 thermostat which were incorrectly wired as a first step for repair will start with replacing The circuit board located in the air handler model number F4FP036H06T2AA Serial number A0B8658057 Also, system will have to be rewired due to contractor miss wiring the system approximately three hours of work due to figuring out the wiring of the systems advised homeowner due to the age and the refrigerant of the system, which is r22 for a replacement which he declined, the above mention work is just a starting point there may be further issues which may arise after work is completed due to the fact that the system got flooded with water from the first floor View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-CF16F7A3ED7044C1A29892
Completed heat and maintenance on one gas fire furnace replaced filter checked and cleaned burners and igniter and flame sensor. Check blower wheel recommend to and clean blower wheel. also checked electrical and mechanical components note air handler blower motor has signs of oil leakage. Highly recommend to replace blower motor and clean blower wheel. Turn systems on and checked operations left system working.

Today I arrived on site Drain Line Issue:The drain line for the heating system was found to be clogged. Unclogged and flushed the drain line twice. System is now operating. When arriving at the client's property. The client was not in the house. I contacted the client, the client told me that he left the basement door open so that I could enter in case he was not at home. The client explained to me on the phone that I tried to flush the boiler but no water came out of the drain valve. I proceeded to verify the unit. I found the drain line clogged. Unclogged and flush the united unis 2 times. Previously when I was doing the maintenance of the unit a week ago. I found the drain line clogged. I cleaned and drained the unit about x3 times at that time. I recommended to the client and explained that it is necessary to do a steam treatment in this unit to clean the system inside. Today I arrived on site Thermostat Issue:Identified the thermostat was not functioning correctly. Replaced the faulty thermostat with a new T4 model. System Status:Verified the HVAC heating and AC systems are now operating. Upon arrival at the property. The client explained to me that the tstat is not working properly. Need to bypassed zone control to run hydro zone on 1st floor system. System operates with heat pump condenser, thermostat is configured to have Auxiliary heat run when outdoor temperature reaches 35 degrees. 1st floor condenser pressure were on the lower side.
