Today I arrived on site to address issues with the heating system. Heating System: Identified the control module as faulty. Determined the control module must be replaced. Upon arrival at the property. The customer explained to me that the boiler is turning on and off constantly. The customer said that another company verified the system. The customer was told that the ignition module had to be replaced. I checked the system, found the boiler modulator control is not working properly. The circulate pump is constantly running. The module because of the defect it presents is activating the CP constantly. I showed and explained to the customer that this module must be replaced. I explained to the client that I would submit the information to management to verify the availability of this piece. This boiler from 2002. It is possible that the parts of this unit are discontinued. The customer has Heat for the moment but the boiler is showing failures due to the malfunction of the module
