Return to install ignition replacement kit on triangle tube boiler: shut power to equipment and shut gas to boiler open boiler cover door removed flame rod and igniter disconnected electrical from igniter and removed disassembled boiler removing blower from unit Remove the top of the heat exchanger with the burner head Remove the old gasket from the heat exchanger Vacuumed out debris from inside of the heat exchanger Installed new gasket on the top of heat exchanger and installed top of heat exchanger with burner head back in place secure top plate tightly installed new gasket and blower motor assembly back into boiler securing tightly connected gas back to system and open gas valve checking for leaks- none removed control board from unit And disconnected all electrical wiring Installed and secured brand new control board in place and install wiring tightly Installed new ignition transformer and secured on blower assembly and connected to new control board Installed brand new igniter
Return Visit to Reclaim Refrigerant & Check operation of TXV - Upon arrival found system running, Checked pressures 98psi over 258psi with Suction pressure below freezing. Outdoor ambient 68F. Checked indoor unit TXV, System is UNICO Model M4860CL1 - Bulb is mounted on Suction piping. Relocated Sensing Bulb, mounted and strapped to evaporator. Ran system and let run for 10 minutes, checked refrigerant pressures ok, checked delta T receiving good temperature split. Checked filter and return in living room ok. Cleaned out trap and flushed drain, tested condensation pump operational. Unit is fully operational and cooling well at this time. While on-site client mentioned that (3) UNICO Supply Vents are missing outlet screens. Will have the office contact client regarding pricing. Reviewed all work completed with client, emailed work summary. Follow up action: Return Visit to Install (3) UNICO Outlet Screens
