Today I arrived on site to address the wiring repair on the HeatPump system. HeatPump System Repair: Addressed the wiring issue on the HeatPump. Corrected the wiring. Reprogrammed the thermostat. Left the system operating. Upon arriving at the property, I mentioned to the client about this day's visit. We proceeded to verify the heat pump system. We re-wired the Heat pump system. We reprogram the Thermostat for heat pump. We run and monitor the system in both AC & heat pump mode. The system responded correctly. No failures occurred after completing the repairs. I explained the situation to the client, the client understood and thanked the work of this visit.
