Today I arrived on site to do a repair on a ICE-AIR (PTAC) unit. Compressor relay replacement. Compressor Switch Relay ReplacementReplaced the compressor switch relay. Confirmed the compressor relay was not working prior to replacement. The replacement was for the bedroom PTAC unit. When arriving at the client's property. Contact the client to coordinate where to park. The client told me where to park. The client met me at the entrance of the building. I explained to the client about the repair scheduled for today. The client guided me to where the unit is. I proceeded to dismantle the unit to replace the Compressor relay. I proceeded to install the new Compressor relay. I made the necessary connections and adjustments, I completed the repair. I started the unit and monitored for a few minutes. The system did not fail or malfunction during monitoring. I took the client to the unit and showed him the unit in operation. The customer confirmed the operation of the PTAC unit.
