Today I arrived on site to verify the Unico System in the Attic that is not cooling enough for what the customer says. AC System Inspection:Checked the AC system for cooling issues reported by the customer. Verified system operation for the entire house zone. Fault Diagnosis:System operating correctly at the time of inspection. No failures found in the AC system. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the system is operating but he was told that the system would blow a temperature of 45 F. I explained to the client that temperatures vary a lot depending on the ambient temperature. I proceeded to verify the AHU in the Attic. The AHU is operating correctly at this time.
