Quoted a standard 75 gallon gas hot water heater. The tank is located in the mechanical room in the basement. Piping on the tank is 1 inch and reduces down to 3/4. Exhaust flue piping is 4 inch and the gas line is 1/2 inch. The existing water tank is working but has a lot of settlement at the bottom of the tank. Tank is 8 years old we spoke about trying to drain the tank but there are risk due to age. Customer will reach out when ready.
