Return to replace flow checks inside circulator pump and after an inch and a quarter copper line: * Shut power to boiler * Isolate all zones on boiler except main house * Drain down all water from boiler and main house zone * Cut out existing check valve and remove circulator pump flange from on top of pump * Installed brand new flow check inside circulator pump * Torch out existing flow check on an inch on a quarter copper piping * Install and sweat in brand new flow check on an inch and a quarter line after circulator pump * Sorter in Piping with new flow check back into main header * Secure a circulator flange back to pump * Open water feed and fill boiler back with water * Boiler is filled- Open Supply for main floor heating zone and fill zone- Confirm no leaks on repaired piping * Bleed all radiators in home that are connected to the zone * Confirm boiler pressure is good * Open all zones back on boiler * Return power to system * Test domestic hot water- Confirm circulator pump
