View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-ED34A430CCC8443391F63F9971F0FB18 Customer is having issues with heating in home: * at arrival only the AUX electric heating is running and the heat pump is down * the customer brought me to the outdoor condenser - system is off * open the electric cabinet and found lots of dirt, dust and debris * blew out and dusted electrical cabinet clean and clear * the contact is receiving 24 volts and is pulled in - there is no line voltage at bottom of contact * found breaker tripped in electrical panel- reset breaker and heat pump is on and running * monitor operations before cycling down at thermostat- system OFF * check the capacitor outside- okay * inspected electrical components and connections- found corrosion on the defrost control board- operational but heavy corrosion and some pitting on the contact * cycle the heat pump system on and off additional (3) times checking amp draws on compressor and fan motor
