Today I arrived on site Boiler Inspection:Addressed the "no heat" issue. Confirmed the boiler was not working. Heating System:Identified the zone as the heating system. Pilot Light Issue:Found the pilot light was off. Relit the pilot light. Leak Repair:Fixed water leaks at the shut off valves. Upon arrival at the property, the client was not in the property at the time of my arrival. I contacted the client, the client gave me access to the basement from the garage. The client explained to me the situation with the system and some repairs made recently. I proceeded to verify the system. I found the the pilot light went out. I proceeded to verify the pilot assembly. Relight the pilot. I started and monitored the system for a few minutes. The pilot did not fail during monitoring. I found some water leaks from the shut off valves of the system. I concluded with the system repairs. I contacted the customer and explained the results of the repair. Return for recommended upgrades / Repairs: LIVING ROOM ANS KITCHEN AIR HANDLERS IN BASEMENT: * shut power Two equipment * Blower cabinet doors on both air handlers * Install and secure overflow pan safeties to both the living room and kitchen overflow pan * Install pump pan underneath condensate pump * Install and secure safety switches (2) Inside of pump pan for each air handler * Run low-voltage wire from inside electrical panel of air handlers two pan safety switches outside * Strap, all wiring, neat and clean * wire in pan safety’s at switch’s and inside air handlers breaking R power wire * Clean and pack up all garbage from basement * Review newly installed safeties and overflow pan with customer * Return power to air handlers * Test system operations: Call for heating at thermostats and confirm that Hydro coils are hot and blower motors are on and running * All pan safety switches were tested And are operational CONDENSING UNITS FOR MASTER BEDROOM AND SECOND FLOOR: * Replace ca
