View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-4604DDAC34F8464B8B5F305E200E1343 Customer has water leaking from the furnace in the attic and also a smell of gas: * At arrival, check the furnace in the attic * Immediately, when entering the attic, you can smell natural gas * Check the system with gas detector- Multiple leaks * Shut down gas valve * Disconnected gas at union * Removed gas fittings going into furnace * install new pipe dope and secure all gas fittings tightly * pipe in gas back to the furnace securing all connections * open gas back to furnace and check for leaks with bubbles and leak detector- no more gas leak The water is leaking from the venting in the attic- not all of the venting is rubble wall B venting- it is dripping at the reducer going into the B venting and rusting out the venting- Explain to customer that she needs to get a chimney company out here as soon as possible to address the issue with the venting. Tested the furnac
