View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-EE1C-099F3A145A5C4A6CB171727461D578C6 Preform maintenance on gas water boiler with three zones (2) Hydro air handlers: GAS WATER BOILER * shut power to system * Customer asked that I replaced the thermocouple at this time * Disconnected and removed pilot assembly from boiler * Vacuum and dust it out burner section of boiler * Inspected boiler heat, exchanger, and flu piping- okay * Vacuumed and brushed burner tubes, clean and clear * Vacuum and dusted boiler cabinet and components, clean and clear * Removed existing thermal couple from pilot assembly, and gas valve * Installed brand new thermal couple inside of pilot assembly and reinstalled inside of boiler securing to gas valve * Check for leaks- none * Secured and inspected electrical wiring and components * Test and inspect expansion tank, Water feed, Air vent and relief valve- okay * light pilot- Stays on first try * Return power to boiler * Call for
