View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-1C62535754014837BB9F0346C2A20E79 Customer has no heat along with multiple other issues: The customer had a contractor working in the home yesterday that shut the water and also had the gas valve replaced on a dryer. * At arrival I found the circulator pump on and running, The zone valves open, but the pilot light off on the boiler and the system is cold * The water feed is leaking at the connection to the boiler and there is lots of corrosion * The boiler drain is also leaking on the boiler * Gave customer quote to repair the boiler drain and install and pipe in a new water feed backflow combination valve- She approved all repairs I proceeded to isolate the heating zones, Isolate the water feed and drain down the boiler system * Remove the existing leaking boiler drain from the return piping * Install and secure brand new three-quarter boiler drain into return piping on boiler * Removed existing water
