Today I arrived on site Heating System Service Addressed the issue of the heating system not working. Identified a plugged condensate pump as the cause. Cleaned the condensate pump. Verified the system is now operational. Upon arriving at the property, The client explained to me that the heat is not working. The client directed me to the basement where the unit is. I proceeded to verify the system. I found the condensate pump running non-stop which indicated that it is not pumping the water out of the pump. Check that the pump is working properly. Check that the drain line is not frozen. I checked and checked that the water is running correctly out of the condensate pump. I found that the condensate pump was plugged. Clean the condensate pump. I ran fresh water multiple times in the condensate pump. The condensate pump began to work properly. I showed it to the client and explained to her about the situation with the system.
