View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-07D2CB56E8FF48CCB207E6FD032EA290 Customer has NO HEAT throughout the home : * at arrival the customer states the heat is not working and says the boiler is not on- believes it may be related to the pilot light * check boiler in basement mechanical room * both the air handler and the boiler are off * the circulator pumps are running but the piping is cold and burners are off * found pilot light out on boiler- thermocouple was replaced at tune up * try (2) times holding gas valve in for extended periods of time but pilot will not hold * removed pilot assembly from boiler * removed existing thermocouple from gas valve and pilot assembly * install and secure brand new thermocouple in pilot assembly, install back in boiler and secure in place * secure all connections to gas valve * light pilot - stays lit first try - normal operations * return power to boiler and system fires * cycle heating on and off multi
