Today I arrived on site Boiler Unit Assessment: Identified the boiler unit was not working properly, affecting the heating system. Fault Diagnosis and Resolution: Determined the gas valve and GVD-6 Damper were malfunctioning. Thermocouple. Confirmed these parts need replacement. Upon arriving at the property, the client directed me to the basement where the boiler unit is. The client explained to me that a few days ago the unit began to fail and they have been resetting the unit so that it works again. I proceeded to verify the system. I found that the gas valve of this unit is malfunctioning. I also found the GVD-6 Damper malfunctioning. The thermocouple of the pilot assembly is in poor condition. I showed her and explained to the client the situation of the system. I suggested you consider installing a new heating system since the repair necessary for this unit to work again is expensive and it is not guaranteed that the unit will continue to operate normally for a long time
