I/W Spoke with customer who’s explaining that he had water coming from neutralizer condensate pump. Pump seems as if it was running nonstop without discharging water. Upon arrival inspected pump for crack or blockage. Cleaned surrounding area and tested condensate pump. Pump is discharging water normally. Neutralizer pump was tested multiple times for normal operation while on site. Explained to customer the possibility of discharge lines being frozen due to extremely cold temperatures and or the possibility of neutralizer pump having an intermittent failure where pump is not discharging properly and causing water to leak over into surrounding area. Customer will watch and monitor neutralizer pump operation for now and should pump fail. Customer will reach out to us once more. Boiler is operating normally providing customer with heat and hot water. System was left operational @ this time.
