1st floor AC system Goodman furnace unit W/ a Goodman Evap col anda Goodman condenser unit. Recommended a Dye test to be performed. Today I arrived on site to address issues with the 1st floor AC system. Dye Test: Performed a dye test to identify leaks. Refrigerant: Added a dye stick and 3 lbs of R410A refrigerant. Evaporator Coil: Addressed the previously reported issue of the evaporator coil freezing. When arriving at the property, The client. I wasn't on the property. The client's son gave me access to proceed to do the dye test. Lorenzo and Nigel were on the side doing an evap coil replacement in the 2nd floor system. I proceeded to start the system. I checked the system pressures. Confirm that the system is operating in pressure box. 90psi. I proceeded to prepare the system to add the dye stick. I added 1x dye stick. I added 3.0 LBS of R410A.
