(1) TCC Heating Maintenance - BURNHAM - Tested high and low voltage components, tested aquastat ok, checked dampers set to manual, inspected piping no leakage at this time, inspected valves and connections ok, noticed rust build up on interior of system, noticed calcium deposits on heat exchanger, checked circulating pump noticed pump is over-amping and needs to be replaced, checked expansion tank ok, checked thermostat ok, checked flue piping for any obstructions ok at this time, removed and cleaned all burners, vaccumed interior of unit, sprayed and wiped down exterior of boiler, noticed system taking a long time to satisfy temp at boiler, had to bleed multiple buckets of water to remove air from line. Client has multiple radiators in home that need to be bled as well. Boiler has standing pilot.
