Upon arrival had customer shut other two zones (1st fl & 2nd fl )system down to isolate and run basement system. Loud screeching noise is coming from motor as unit runs. Check fan motor amperage to be higher than factory rating of .60 motor running amperage is 2.21amps. Basement unit fan motor is over amping. Customer is aware motor is going bad and needs to be replaced. Check standard duty electrical stored power boost system to be ok. Booster is at factory range. Check applied voltage @ distribution system to be okay. Customer is aware that follow up visit is needed. Office to follow up with customer to give quote for repair.
