View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-15F7-E09B7494AFBD4A5AACAEB7B2BD501C22 Preform maintenance on (2) gas furnaces ( 1- Trane and 1- Carrier ) + bypass humidifier and Mitsubishi heat pump on third floor: MITSUBISHI HEAT PUMP: * open evaporator coil door * Remove dirty air filters * Washed air filters, clean and clear in kitchen sink and dry * Chemically sprayed washed and rinsed, indoor evaporator coil, clean and clear * Inspected indoor blower wheel and assembly- okay * Polished indoor head and turning veins * Installed clean filters back into indoor head * Tested remote, and call for heating- Confirm indoor blower motor is on and running * Check and monitor indoor airflow and temperature splits to confirm normal operations- ok * Polished and wiped outdoor condensing unit, clean and clear * Secured and inspected electrical wiring and connection connections * Clean condenser coil with non-rinse can cleaner * Return remote back to off position
