**Upon arrival met with customer who’s explaining his situation. Customer systems are operating normally. Customer has issue with airflow for daughter’s room. Where room is getting too cold when the AC runs in the summer or too hot during heating season. **Customer system is free flow. Furnace & Coil system in the basement that service a few rooms in the basement and 2nd floor. **Customer tried to close registers in the basement to improve airflow for other part of the second floor. Closing grill did not improve airflow quality in office area on 2nd floor. **Customer also been trying to address this issue by adjusting both 1st floor and 2nd floor yo-yo thermostat. **Advised customer on insulation options or Additional install of hvac system for 2nd floor that would help assist with his imbalance of airflow.
