View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-0013-17B53D51748F4F738B63BDB3D4A5D02D Customer has a water leak from the second floor air handler in the attic- He states at arrival that he has been emptying the overflow pan weekly: • At arrival, there is a small amount of water in the overflow pan • Check the trap and drain line on the system- The trap is bone dry with absolutely no water inside • Open the air handler cabinet up • Found the primary drain pan completely cracked- Water is not holding inside of the pan • Someone tried a temporary repair of adding silicone to the primary pan, but it is not holding • Also, the pitch of the drain line is incorrect and needs to be redone • The air handler is not level or pitched properly to the drain, causing water to drain slowly and the pan to hold lots of water • All findings were shown and explained to the customer It is recommended that the second floor primary pan be replaced, the drain line re-don
