Completed heating maintenance on one gas fire furnace 39 years old removed and clean burners and igniter checked heat exchanger, which is rusted and crumbling checked blower wheel, which is impacted with dirt checked electrical connections and mechanical components, tested natural gas lines and checked for carbon monoxide no detected highly recommend a replacement of this system due to age Efficiency and the heat exchanger deterioration system is functional at this time. Left system working checked electric baseboard heat diagnosed. The element is burnt out recommend a replacement. Please see photos.
