Today I arrived on site to address the cooling issue with the AC split unit. Troubleshooting & Findings: The AC system in the living room was reported as not cooling. Confirmed the indoor head was not cooling effectively. Discovered low pressure within the system. Upon arriving at the property. The client explained to me that the indoor unit in the room is not cooling. I proceeded to verify the system. I found low pressure in this system. I offered him To the customer do a dye test and refill the system with R410A. I also suggested to the client to consider replacing this system. This is an 11-year-old Mitsubishi ductless system.
