Check carrier gas fired furnace inducer is making abnormal sound filter 16 x 24 x1 Is dirty also blower wheel is dirty highly recommend blower wheel cleaning add a replacement of the draft inducer cleaned flame sensor as a courtesy because flame sensor was dirty. Also also recommend to replace humidifier pad number 45 which is also compromised.
