Heating systems X3 blower wheels deep cleanings need to be done SAP. Basements equipments(AHUs) Here to perform deep cleaning and rejuvenation on x3 air movement system. Needed to break system down completely to remove blower assembly. Shut power to equipment to disconnect electrical wiring. Disconnect motor wiring and thermostat wiring from control board. Remove electrical panel from in front of blower assembly. Slide blower assembly from track to unmount blower motor from assembly. Clean and polish blower wheel and housing. Reassemble blower assembly to install back on track after cleaning. Re-configured electrical wiring back @ equipment Ran and tested all system. Monitored system operation. All systems are back to normal operation @ this time. Left x3 system operational.
