Upon arrival spoke with customer. Customer is explaining that he could hear a thumping noise from bedroom outlet. Inspect Unico air handler blower motor. Blower Motor is operating normally. Fan Wheel is rotating normally. Clicking noise could be heard @ motorized head @ zone damper for green zone zoning system. Damper actuator is failing causing louder than normal sound as system is running. Zone is still operating to produce heat. Customer is aware of the age of zoning system, office need to check with manufacturer for damper to see if damper is still available or there’s any replacement that would be compatible with green zone zoning system.
