View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-0DA9B0D22F0D40E8A9D031D6E58F58FB Customer is having multiple issues with Daikin ductless equipment * customer has a (3) zone ductless system that is not working * the 4 way reversing valve was replaced yesterday by another company * at arrival the indoor units are displaying an error code * the main error is a EA error * check the outdoor condenser and found that it appears that the valve was replaced * there is lots of braze all around the bottom piping of reversing valve * shut power to the outdoor unit to reset the condenser * After resetting the condenser connect gauges to the equipment Call for heating- The outdoor condenser turns on * The lines on the condenser are cold and appears to be running an AC mode with a call for heat Before the system shuts back down on the error code * I was able to contact Daikin on site- After reviewing all findings with Daikin, They are recommending to at least r
