View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-37E1A9CC4F9E417F8FC64EC3E4873EE0 Customer called in for no heating: * at arrival enter home and the heat is on * confirm thermostat is calling and heat is coming from vents * check Trane furnace in basement- system is on and running * check Aprilaire 210 filter- confirm clean and clear- customer replaces her self * shut the system down at the thermostat * open furnace cabinet doors * check flame sensor and igniter- okay * confirm fresh air intake and all venting is clean and clear * confirm all condensate drainage is clean and clear * confirm neutralizer is not plugged and condensate pump and discharge line operational * secure all connections at control board * return power to the system * call for heating after replacing customer provided batteries- furnace is on and running * monitor system for 10 minutes and shut down - normal operations * cycle furnace on and off total of (4) times- normal operatio
