The customer turns the system off and then turns it back on, and it begins to work properly. I spoke with a customer before arriving as she was leaving the home- She stated that she set that heat to 80° So it would be on when I got there. * At arrival check Mitsubishi heat pump: System is on and running * Check indoor air filters- clean and clear * blower wheel and assembly- clean and clear * check supply and return temperature splits- okay * over 115 degrees coming out of supply * check the outdoor condenser- on and running * the condenser sits on the ground with no block under pad and bottom 1/5 of the coil is covered in ice and snow * this is also not a hyper heat unit so when th
