Customer stated no heating from family room ductless heat pump system: They stated that there was an L3 error code on the unit * At arrival, the ductless system is off at the remote * Check the indoor air filter: Plugged with dust and debris * Washed air filters, clean and clear in laundry room slop sink, dried and installed back in system * call for heating at indoor remote- system turns on for heat mode set for 76 with no errors or faults * check the outdoor condenser to confirm the system is also on and running and lines are getting hot and fan is ON * check indoor air flow and temperature splits- 122.5 degrees- okay * confirm no snow or ice currently blocking system * monitor operations for any error codes or faults- none * Explain all findings to the customer and she is here to see the system is operational with no error codes It was recommended that if an error code pops up again to take a picture of it so we can see the system and it’s failure- L3 Indicates an issue with the
