Customer is having issues with the humidifier on the system: * at arrival he explains that the humidity level is not reaching the set point * i confirmed the thermostat is calling for humidity * check the system in drop ceiling- found the fan running and valve open but no water flowing threw * found a blockage in the strainer after the valve- cleared- installed and secured back in place * humidifier is now operating properly- review system with customer * explain the potential for water leaks off the humidifier as no safety’s / pan installed and customer has high static pressure in duct work * the customer asked that I shut the humidifier down as they do not want to have a water leak situation * the system is still presenting error codes for overheating but customer mentioned that when he keeps the door open to the laundry room they are much less frequent * confirm WC at pressure switch to confirm proper draft off inducer View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.
