Standard duty electrical stored power boost system Upon arrival had thermostat call for cooling. Inspected indoor air handler. Blower motor is on/ running. Filter was replaced @ time of AC maintenance. Checked outdoor condenser. Outdoor system is not operating. System is heard struggling to try and start. Opened up electrical cabinet and found standard duty electrical stored power boost system swollen/ bulging @ top of booster. Gave customer estimate to replace booster. Customer agreed. Booster was replaced, system was ran and tested for normal operation.
