View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A3D0-5934303E13FF444B9F341B155DEB4EEE Return to diagnose frozen coil: * At arrival confirmed that the system is no longer frozen * Open the air handler cabinet and inspect the evaporator coil, Blower motor wheel and assembly * Tested the primary pain, Drain line, Trap condensate pump and discharge line- Normal operations, no leaks * This is a zoned air handler with two zones * Call for cooling from the second floor thermostat and zone damper opens and system is on and running * After Testing all other thermostats in the home- None of the thermostats are activating the first floor zone damper * Found that the first floor thermostat was wired incorrectly, where R wire was connected to C * Correct wiring thermostat- Test zoning operations- Normal * Outdoor condensing unit is on and running- Check refrigerant pressures- System is low, indicating a leak * Review findings with customer and give all options- Adding
